5400 Node Layers (10 layer matched speed) - Modded - use at own risk

Used SphereEditorTools and ImportDysonLayer mods to get node placement closer than vanilla, and set all layer rotation speeds to '1' so they line up .  Tested pasting this BP into vanilla though and worked fine, but use with caution.
