BIE's "Spaghetti Bowl" High-Speed Ship-Every-Building Mall

The short version is that I found a major flaw with my last mall, Hendekabelt.  Shorting a component would eventually jam it.  I've fixed that.

This builds on Hendekabelt, moving the structure to the North Pole of your chosen planet.  (Should work at South pole too, but that's not been tested.)  It makes every building at assembler speeds, with some extra speed for drones and receivers.  It runs off exchanger power but also has some free slots on the outside ring of ILS if you want to power it some other way.  (Check the ILS next to the Particle Colldier assembler.)  It makes its own warpers from green cubes on-site, as well as some of the less common components (Constraint Spheres, Plasma Exciters, and Photon Combiners) if your logistics network doesn't include those.  If it does, it will demand those instead.

It uses completely standard belting to do the job, which is why it requires so many belts compared to Hendeka.  It would be tremendously more compact if I used vertical belts, but those kinda take some of the challenge out of making stuff like this. :)

This one's perfect for those of you needing quick building supply way at the edges of your cluster.  Plop a few of these down throughout your cluster and forget about 'em--they'll spool up on their own and have a lot of stuff ready for you when you're doing something crazy like making a forgeworld around a black hole or something else big way out in the black.

Placement Instructions:

1:  Remove all splitters from inventory.
2:  Stand at either 90W or 90E at about 55 North. 
3:  When you get to the blueprint placement bit, look for the '90W' or '90 EAST' labels and match up the appropriate one to your location.  (See the red-background screenie for an example.)
4:  Place!  
5:  Once everything but the splitters has been placed, add 100 splitters to your inventory and let them place.
6:  Done!

(You remove the splitters so that nothing can feed into the sushi belts until they are complete.  This prevents this mall's single jam-scenario.  After that, it should not jam, period, no matter how many components you're missing from the supply.)
