BIE's "Hendekabelt": A Ship-Every-Building Sushi-Belt Mall

They said it couldn't be done!  They called me mad, mad I say!

(No one said that, and boy did they ever call me mad.)

Here's the full writeup on Reddit.  The short version is this is an all-buildings, ship-via-ILS, self-powered, warper-manufacture-on-site, black-start capable, builds-at-assembler-speeds, fast-ILS-refill, sushi-belt mall.  Oh, and it uses the heck out of vertical belts.  You'll find all kinds of useful belt implementations in here.

To expand a bit, it uses an array of 11 secret herbs and spices carefully proportioned sushi belts to feed a factory that makes all the buildings and belts and sorters and so on, and does so at or near MK3 assembler speeds for all of them.  It is self-powering via exchangers and batteries so it can be put into a remote corner of your cluster to make those way-out-there blueprint builds go a little faster instead of shipping everything from the home world.  Or you can hook it up to main power somewhere without using the batteries.

It manufactures its own warpers on-site from green cubes that are shipped in, or can take from your existing warper supply by flippiing the "remote demand" switch on the cube tower.  If run by exchangers alone, it can be a drop-it-and-forget-it kind of deal, as it will spool up on its own.

It also uses concepts from the Fetchingly Fast Furnishment blueprint collection to buffer some of the outgoing buildings that you'll use a lot of--matrix labs, chemical plants, belts, and so on.  While it manufactures things with single MK3 assemblers, it makes a lot of the useful stuff and keeps them in a high-speed buffer so that when you request some, there's another load ready to go.  This is combined with the low storage in each ILS (save for blue belts, we go through bajillions of those) to help reduce over-shipment.

The sushi belts are fed by a series of multiplexers that proportion each component to fit the load, which is why this only needs 11 sushi belts intead of 25 or 26 of them.  The proportions aren't exactly on the money for each ingredient, but they're close enough that everything gets fed at once.  I'll be posting the multiplexers and various construction-kit pieces as their own blueprint later.

The butt end of the belt array near the exchanger tower also has readouts to show you how much of each component is on each belt in real-time.

NOTA BENE:  Depending on what gets built first when you place the blueprint, the sushi belts might initially jam.  Rare, but happens.  Just pull stuff off the belt manually for a bit and it should sort itself out.  Once the factory actually starts building stuff, it won't jam, even if you fill up all the ILS slots with completed buildings.  A very easy way to prevent initial jamming when building is to make sure you don't have any splitters in your inventory when placing the print.  When everything else is placed, then add splitters to your inventory and let the drones build them--that should ensure the belt mix is perfect from the get-go.
