Credit must go to Terrevil as this design was derived from https://www.dysonsphereblueprints.com/blueprints/start-up-module-crude-oil-red-cube-2-s, have modified the oil refinery outputs to allow for spray coaters later in the game, design was minified to get blueprint earlier in the game, you can copy the oil refinery section and tile as required.
