BIE's Battery Blackbox V3 (180/min, proliferated)

From out in the depths comes another strange BIE tool, a high-speed accumulator blackbox!  Perfect for all those No Hazmat Permit runs, this high-polar factory spits out 90 accumulators a minute on standard tech and ores, and 180 a minute once you've supplied some Spiriform!  Many Icarus pilots won't need this tool, but when you do, you do!

Requires iron, coal, copper, silicon ore, and spiriform stalagmite crystal inputs.

This is a flat-out self-challenge piece--I wanted to see if I could cram the entire works, accumulator manufacture along with the spray manufacture, into just 14 units tall so it could be deployed in the high polar region.  (70-75 degrees)  Nestles nicely around one of my polar warp stations, and can fit into the out-of-the-way leftover bits on a Gigacharger 6 planet.

There's plenty of cool bits to cut out and use in your own factories, too.  Check out the electric motor assembly line for a super-compact 3-input-1-output array!  The chemical plants might also prove to be useful, and I think many folks will like the basic layout of the smelters, too.
