refined oil multiplier 1.1

A modification of titanium_lord's "refined oil multiplier" factory, this one doesn't use satellite substation. Uses coal and hydrogen supply to multiply your refined oil. Drop 20-30 refined oils into the ILS or onto the belts feeding the refineries directly to start-up the factory. Produces 1440 refined oil/m, uses 1440 coal/m and 1440 hydrogen/m. Placeable anywhere where it fits between the tropical lines (+- 47 degrees north-south)
