Initial Jumpstart with Research Lab

Designed to be the first blueprint to put down. Starts belt/sorter production while capping out a three high tower of blue science. It also intentionally has an iron smelter not hooked up to anything for you to pull from. The idea behind this is that it's researching the next blueprint unlock while you're starting the components for your mall.
