ILS Refined Oil-Coal, no hydrogen left over
ILS-based refinery which uses Plasma Refining to convert crude oil to refined oil and hydrogen, then Reforming Refine to turn coal/hydrogen/refined oil to refined oil. Leaves no hydrogen by-products. Once this backs up and stops, the refining process will auto-start once the refined oil is being taken away for use.
Note: I did not create the basics of this. The inspiration game from a user on one of Nilaus' livestreams, Drago-something (I think). To my shame I thought that it only required a single sorter between the Plasma Refining and the Reforming Refine refineries. I have learned otherwise from experience: a single sorter will jam up, while two sorters that filter hydrogen and refined oil will keep it from jamming when the system restarts. If you see this Drago - my apologies, I was wrong.
