Energetic Graphite From Coal 1:1 Ratio 30 Per Second Using "Reforming Refine" and "X-Ray Cracking" in Oil Refineries

Using the new "Reforming Refine" recipe combined with "X-Ray Cracking" allows a one-to-one (1:1) Coal to Energetic Graphite conversion, and requires a fair amount of Hydrogen and Refined oil to be added to the loop as a ONE TIME event to start it. (It does NOT require any additional Hydrogen or Refined Oil as inputs once "started")

This blueprint uses Proliferators to double the speed of production and effectively reduce the amount of refineries needed to "only" 160. (Note that these "recipes" can't use the "extra product" option on Proliferators).

Inputs:

* COAL (30 per second / 1800 per minute)

* Proliferator Mk. III (Mk. 3)

Outputs:

* ENERGETIC GRAPHITE (30 per second / 1800 per minute)

Research Required:

* Generally Mid-to-Late Game research, but also specifically requires "Logistics Station integrated logistics" at level 3 so that the ILS outputs all products as stacks of 4.

HOW-TO START THE PROCESS:

1. Place Blueprint
2. Request/Demand Coal, Proliferators, Hydrogen and Refined Oil (Proliferators First!)
3. When Hydrogen and Refined Oil Storage is "Full", Set Both to "Storage" (Both Local and Remote)
4. Set The Hydrogen and Refined Oil to Output on their Marked Output Belts next to the proliferator output
5. After everything "settles", reduce the storage "cap" on Hydrogen and Refined Oil in the tower to just a little more than it's currently "floating" at.

Also, I plan on improving and updating this blueprint as I "refine" the design.

Finally, it's OPTIONAL to use the tower as a "buffer", but I like that it provides a constant "flow" of 4-stacked Hydrogen and Refined Oil; it's easy to re-route belts around the tower if you prefer to do so.

* Added a "stopper" mechanism to stop production when output blocked; this prevents all the hydrogen from being converted into oil
