Create an energy network spanning an entire planet, utilizing wind turbines and solar arrays. To safeguard against potential threats, signal towers and a planetary shield are also erected. The shield generators are strategically positioned away from the central area to minimize interference.
On most planets, it may not be feasible to construct the blueprint in its entirety due to obstacles like water, lava, chasms, or resource impediments. Therefore, simply place the blueprint using Shift + Return.
If some structures cannot be built, it's usually not a significant issue, except for the shield generators; ensure they are present.
