Has placeholders for satellite substation. When you first place this, you may not have substations. Simply substitute a row to just place tesla towers.
Set up smelter and paste out to the end of the belt. Each row on each side fits 15 smelters exactly (max belt).
Fits 5 sets with some room spare in equatorial belt.
