A simple polar rail ejector setup, capable of launching ~20 solar sails/s assuming half the ejectors fire all the time.
I recommend two opposing maximum size orbits orthogonal to the planetary plane and splitting your rail ejectors between these, usually that means at least half of them fire. That means an orbital inclination of 900 and one longitude of 0, one of 1800.
Do be aware that ten rail ejectors are missing around the center belt which wouldn't place correctly, so you'll need to add them manually.
