Discharge/Charge cluster (Expandable)

A power discharge cluster to help power the local grid.  Additions can be added by deleting the tower from the blueprint before placement.  Additions can be placed at the far end (a belt to belt match) or can can be placed side by side, with a minimal belt run to the existing tower. The configuration can be easily flipped to a charge cluster, changing the tower filter and the supply/demand switches. No re-work of belts needed.
