Discharge Bank + Polar Hub + 248 Solar Panels, a.k.a. The Mighty Combo Hub -- 1.4GW-ish up to infinity

The Mighty Combo Hub: about 1.4GW of local and external power available, in order of fewest resources squandred:  your Solar Panel (and ANY locally generated) power will always be put to use first.  Exta power needs up to 630MW will be provided remotely by your Full Accumulators sent from your already set up Power Banks,  and an extra 720MW of power is available through Antimatter Fuel Rods being used by your Artificial Suns, and most importantly: IN THAT ORDER.  Extra bonus:  the first 630MW of locally generated power will always be sucked up by the Energy Exchangers of the Discharge Bank, even during periods of lower consumption (build more processing, you slacker), lowering the demand on your remote Charge Banks, thus lowering the overall use of Space Warpers.  Once you hit 630MW of locally sourced power, consider adding another discharge bank (or extending an existing one) over adding more local power generation.  Ideally the capacity of the chargers in your discharge banks always exceeds the amount of locally generated power.  And yes, you CAN use these banks to recycle the energy released by burning off that pesky excess Hydrogen from Graphene production, Plasma Refining or X-Ray Cracking.  101 Thermal Power Plants per Mark III belt full of Hydrogen will do the trick just fine :D  Enjoy your new free power!
