So You have a couple thousand of full Accumulators lying around in your Charge Bank.  Time to put them to good use.  Plonk down this third blueprint on any planet that needs (extra) power, extend the lines with as many energy Exchangers as you want, and get that sweet free power delivered by your Logistics Vessels.  Make sure to extend both sides, since any accumulators being discharged needlessly will be ran through the chargers with priority, and their output will be prioritized to be used by the dischargers again, resulting in no power loss.  Any excess local power generation will be sucked up by this bank aswell, completing the circle of 0 net overall power loss.  Zero, yes, hence the name of this collection "Done Right".  Don't believe me?  Try it out and be amazed.  No need to put Logistics Vessels in this ILS, let the Charge Bank take care of the deliveries.  The picture shows a 630MW Discharge (and charge) Bank, which is available as a seperate blueprint in this collection and is compatible with my previously posted Polar Hub found here: https://www.dysonsphereblueprints.com/blueprints/polar-hub-720mw-artificial-sun .  The white tiles can be populated with solar / wind / ray receivers for that extra bit of now recyclable local power.
