Titanium Alloy Smelting Module, 25x100 grid, 3x29+6 Smelters, 31/sec, Tileable, Arctic Band, Interstellar Logistic Station, Nilaus

Uses the Nilaus layout style, tiles 5 times around the arctic bands (my nomenclature is: equatorial, tropical, temperate, arctic, polar). ILS is preconfigured but import/export quantities are set to 0 so it won't start up when you build, but will fetch 100 Warpers locally. Has corner dot to aid in placement.
