Starter Mall 2

This contains all beginner stuff after the mk1 logistic stuff, but before liquids.
Assemblers: turbine, tesla tower, power tower<-plasma<-prism, storage, miner, smelter, lab, foundation->box30<-foundation
Inputs: (iron inherited from prior blueprint), glass, stone, steel other side.

Foundation box is not limited. If you're concerned, you can limit it all the way down to 1 if you'd like, which is 1000 units. This is a lot early game, unless you want to pave the world :)
