This unmodded construction takes an input of 3 crude oil per second to produce 1 energy matrix and 1 organic crystal every three seconds. Requires at least 1 unit of water every three seconds. Uses external power to start, but self-powering once all thermal plants are active. OIL PIPELINE NOT INCLUDED!
