Red Science w/ Power Generation
Compact red science blueprint that burns excess hydrogen in thermal generators to offset the high power cost of X-ray cracking.
NOTE: It does not come close to fully offsetting the power cost. The power required to run the blueprint is ~10.6 MW and it produces ~3.6 MW, so the net power required is ~7MW.
