This converts raw resources to white science.

Build Notes:

- Build with center logistics tower on the equator. (Other placements aren't tested)
- Stack research labs after placement. Heights should be: 3 Blue, 6 Red, 8 Yellow, 10 Purple, 12 Green, 15 White, ~6 Consuming
- It will take about 30 minutes to stabilize at 1/s

Inputs:

- Iron Ore
- Copper Ore
- Titanium Ore
- Silicon Ore
- Stone
- Water
- Coal
- Crude Oil
- Hydrogen
- Organic Crystal (rare, or manufacture elsewhere)
- Fire Ice (rare, or replace graphene production in the box)
- Critical Photon (note: This build accepts photons, not antimatter)

Note: Requires MultiBuildBeta v2.1.1 or greater to support building raised belts.
