A fully functional scientific research center built on the N/S pole, requiring external supply of all basic Matrices, antimatter and fuel rods. Inner-circle lab towers are in Universe Matrix production mode by default, Outer-circle labs are in research mode, the upper limit of Universe Matrix production rate is 8/s under this setting; all basic research before Universe Matrix can be handled after the inner-circle towers are switched to research mode, the overflow of scientific research capacity under this setting will completely deplete the conveyor belt capacity of supplying basic Matrices.
