Polar Power Exchanger

Pole-oriented setup for planet-scale accumulator-based power. This one discharges, but you should be able to repurpose it for charging by swapping the inputs/outputs and the power exchanger mode. Uses up the 9 uppermost tropics, leaving the equatorial region for your build.

Provides 8GW of power at a resource cost of 1 Warper / 270GJ (or free, if you set the ILS to not require warpers).
