Polar Extractor + Power 1way

Easy solution to colonize planets and get extraction going and even small factories started anywhere without annoying OR ugly power issues, can be rotated easily into any of the 4 directions - can only be placed directly onto poles. Make sure to pave away any ground issues before if you have issues placing. Don't forget your drones.

Delete the belts to make it sub 600 blueprint friendly.
