Optimal Casimir Crystals

Optimized Casimir Crystal production. Unfortunately, there's no graceful way to deal with the leftover hydrogen on a belt after 6 assemblers have taken their fill, so the 7th assembler on each belt will flash on and off periodically--no way around it. Produces 17.5 Casimir Crystal/sec. Uses Optical Grating Crystals.
