Jumpstart Interstellar Logistics 2 of 3

A dedicated facility to jumpstart manufacturing of Interstellar Logistic Stations, Drones, and Vessels.
Part 2 is for all remaining production. Part 3 replaces all input and output lines with Interstellar Logistics Stations.

Input: 5/s oil, 6.66/s stone, 3.33/s water (4 Pumps), 4/s coal , 6 Iron Ore, 4.16 Processers*, 1.75/s copper, 3.66/s Titanium Ingot*, 1.33/s Electromagnetic Turbines.
*Titanium & Processors will need to be brought in manually and placed in storage boxes until stations can be placed in blueprint part 3.

Output: About 1 ILS every 45 seconds, 1 Logistics Vessel every 12 seconds, 1 Drone every 4 seconds. Will also produce 2.5 Hydrogen per second which will need to be burned or stored (so as to not back up the oil refineries).
