White Science 375/m NoDF T3 FromRAWs

A small quick'n'dirty self-proliferated white science setup for the mid-game.

Highlights:
* No excess products.
* Designed to work without integrated logistics upgrades. Uses the auto-pilers where needed.
* Requires 300/m critical photons (~50 full-time RRs w/o lenses; ~6GW worth of swarm/spheres).
* Uses tooooo many belts.
* Inefficient. Use the BP only to research the early upgrades.

Notes:
* Includes research labs, but probably not enough without the research speed upgrades.
* Dimensions: 150x100. When vertically oriented, the BP fits onto the equatorial band.
* Power consumption: 1.7GW.
