Universe matrix production with proliferator (900/min +25% boost)

Universe matrix production with proliferators.  The inbound colored cubes get sprayed, the anti-matter gets sprayed, the outbound matrices get sprayed.  Spray, spray, spray, spray, spray!  No need to spray your colored cubes after their production, or white cubes prior to research.
