Starter Mall Buffer (2 of 5)

Taking some heavy inspiration from Nilaus' starter mall and using Ludus' teleporting 3x1 sorting method, I created a much more compact starter mall that I think creates pretty much everything to get to yellow science. After which point you want to switch to a more logistics based mall anyway. Because this mall uses teleporting 3x1 sorting method, it creates sorters/belts much faster than most long starter malls.

It is iron starved, but the components buffer has an additional iron ingot input which I recommend hooking up to allow it to saturate faster. This is not however required.  This mall's buffer also uses the new mk1 storages on top of splitters.
