Stacker 4 -> 1 normal version
Stacking contraption, boring version.
Can stack 4 full unstacked belts into 1 stacked belt.
To stack single belt im prioritizing output from splitter back to second piler(stacker).
This makes loop of stacked items, but also forces items to be stacked maximally.
