Self sustaining, tileable oil refinery (3600ppm)

This oil refinery absolutely guarantees it will never clog up with hydrogen. All hydrogen is burnt locally and provides exactly enough power for the blueprint to run endlessly in the long term. If the factory is left idle through lack of demand, it will rely on a local hydrogen reserve to power itself. Should this ever run out, the factory will reboot itself by burning a little refined oil (and the resulting hydrogen) to keep itself responsive. Once demand resumes it will then return to normal operation.

This is achieved through the use of blue proliferators. Because these are fundamental to the operation, a warning will be shown if there is not enough blue paint. 

Once started it should be disconnected from all other power networks to ensure correct operation. It is a late-game blueprint and is perfect for resilient and reliable provision of enough refined oil to support 1800 science per minute.

Due to its large size, it can only be placed in the equatorial zone.
