Rocket 4/s, Full Proliferation, from Rare Raw + Fuel/Pro3

This produces just over 4 proliferated rockets per second (13 factories on full, 243.8/min). It fits in a space of 297x79 and should be able to wrap three times across either side of the equator for six total (stagger the north and south to avoid ILS conflict). Couldn't quite squeeze it into a 4 per band. Powered via input of pre-proliferated antimatter fuel rods. I find that centralized proliferator production is the way to go, so this inputs pro3s - it doesn't build them from scratch. Everything in the recipe is proliferated. Every other input is a raw with rare recipe.
