Recycling bento box mall

A late game mall based on filtered storage boxes, after a design by reddit user u/MonsieurVagabond.

This mall locks up a large number of resources, so it is not suitable for the early game. However, it is small and has a high throughput, so it can genuinely be viable for the late game.

This is a recycling mall, meaning that extra ILSs have been included that will retrieve unused buildings from anywhere in the cluster when you want to get rid of them.
