Ray Receiver Farm with Graviton Lenses fed to it.  Designed to occupy the entire equatorial region of a tidally locked planet on the sunny side.  Must bury all mining nodes in the area with concrete prior to construction.  ***Edit*** When I have time, I will add the Critical Photon version of this build.
