Polar Fog Farm (Late game)

For Late Game fog farming. Place this on the pole of an infested planet and enjoy.
Features:
* Harvests all fog resources
* Manufactures and uses highest end ammo
* Falls back to lower end ammo as needed
* Recycles lower grade ammo when resources/time allows higher end ammo instead
* Will run off fusion, but will make/use AM/Strange fuel rods too as available
* All front line buildings that the fog will attack/destroy are built locally and sushi belted to the BABs, so that any damage done is fixed,
* Ammo can be imported initially (via the IPLS towers), or IPLS can be left to accumulate any spare ammo
* Will start from just some Fusion rods and copper, this will build Mk1 bullets, collections from fog will then build all other ammo.
