POL Mall - Raw to everything, proliferated

All you have to do to start it, is throw a few hundred deuterium fuel rods into the fusion power plants.
After that, it is self-sustaining and produces everything you need.
Make sure that you can guarantee a sufficient supply of hydrogen and deuterium.

Only works if all rare resurces are available.
Spray coater, Smelter MK2 an piler are added to the outer ring, so you dont need them to produce them.
