Planetary Shield 100% Coverage
Planetary Shields covering the Tropical ring allowing 100% Equatorial coverage
With this covering both tropics, there is a 0.5% Gap directly over each Pole
You can place a single Shield Generator on the pole, or spread a couple out if you want to use that point for an ILS to bring in Warpers/Proliferators or other blueprints
There is an extra Power Pole in the Equatorial area to 'lock' the blueprint to the Tropical ring
