Oil Power (19 MW Net) with Hydrogen Fuel Rods
Use 2/s Crude Oil to produce net 19 MW power. Excess Hydrogen is converted to Hydrogen Fuel Rods, while excess Energetic Graphite is burned to keep the Hydrogen flowing. Proliferator can be used for additional power and on Fuel Rod production and output.
Requires X-Ray Cracking. I find it useful to place this down after researching X-Ray Cracking and Proliferator Mk 2. Can be supplied from a single typical crude oil extractor. Mining rocks on the starting planet will provide enough titanium for several stacks of Hydrogen Fuel Rod before leaving the planet for the first time.
