Nanotubes (from Spiniform) 86,400/min (48B), Conflicted Telesorters
Inputs:
Spiniform 259,200/min (144B)
Proliferator mk3 (3,456 - 4320 /min (259,200 charges/min)
Just a 3X version of the 16B version, with some minor changes toward efficiency.
Conflicted Telesorters: Uses teleporting sorters (introduced by Ludus Machinae). In addition, the sorters connect to elevated belts above them despite touching a ground belt.

To ensure all of them working properly:
1. Remove everything from inventory.
2. Paste blueprint...construct all buildings -except- for the mk2 belts.
3. Upgrade the mk2 belts to mk3 to complete construction.
