Missile Factory - ALL Tiers - Fully Proliferated - 11/s

This missile factory will produce 11 per second of ALL missile types - MK 1, 2, & 3! It is fully proliferated (gives 30 shots each vs. 24), tech friendly (makes whatever tier you have unlocked), and assumes a reasonable production rate (Strange Matter is a P.I.T.A. to produce in the quantities needed for larger builds, no point but if you need more stamp another copy down.)
