The only Building which is not feed into an "ILS" is Battlefield Analysis Base (BAB).
You can switch BAB for:
 - Solar Panel 
- Geothermal Power Station
- Ray Receiver
- Spray Coater (Proliferation).
If you need "lots" of BABs.
