Low-tech Deuterium Fuel Rods

Low-throughput deuterium rod production using the lowest-tech reasonable (Mk2, fractionators, etc).  Intent is simply to create sufficient proliferated rods to fuel your mecha on early interstellar exploration--likely to help you get to a world with sulfuric acid oceans, to drive titanium alloy & true ILS-powered production.
