Liquid Import Hub

Imports three different liquids from offplanet, sprays them with proliferator, then stores in tanks.  Output to 2nd ILS which distributes on-planet.  Designed for the near-polar band from 65 to 70 degrees N/S, as that's usually the least usable area for blueprints.

Tanks left unstacked in blueprint, to keep usable for people who haven't researched every vertical construction tech.
