(Polar) Liquid Buffer

Designed for one fluid imported from off-world and distributed rapidly via 11 belts to a collection of tanks to act as a storage buffer against demand.  Ideal for collection of hydrogen or deuterium from gas giants, as it sprays profliferator on the raw incoming ingredients on every belt.  Polar installation only.

No output installed by default, but easily customizable as there are 20 tanks on the outer ring with open ports.  Multiple Tesla towers throughout to snap into your power grid easier.

I purposefully did not stack tanks, to make this easier to install for those who have not researched all stack heights.
