Late game power - 10/s antimatter fuel rods (fully proliferated from raw resources)
Makes 10 antimatter rods per second and adds them to ILS. All imputs (and output) are proliferated. Fits between the equator and the first "fault line" (where the grid changes) and can be stacked/tiled.
