Hydrogen burner Mk I
Burns about 1800 hydrogen / minute.
Needs to be kickstarted: load the ILS with stone (or another useless ore) so it can exchange with the PLS to drain power. Draw should be around 160MW.
This is just a proof of concept, feel free to improve upon it :)
