This ideal tiling of fusion power plants gives you 10890 fusion plants per planet, or 203.6 GW of power. I only use polar segments of this blueprint. Paste in sandbox and cut off where you like.

- Imports proliferator too so you can post-proliferate the deuteron rods
- Kickstart with dropping 1 rod into a facility
- Takes a lot of time to fully charge as it buffers 200k deuteron rods on the belts/facilities.
