Although some Alien Tech is used, it isn't totally required and can be downgraded to standard tech (it is only used to allow the system to fill faster).
Produces:
- Solar Sails = 28800/min
- Dyson Rockets = 450/min
Requires:
- 10.5 GW > 20 GW power
- Extra Proliferator mkIII (creates 80% of its own)
