Extendable Processors and Particle containers (187/min and 140/min) fully proliferated for AFRs

ILS and PLS making processors and containers from ingots and rare (unipolar magnets). Makes 187pmin procs and 140pmin containers. Easily extendable. Fully proliferated. Should be safe for higher latitudes (YMMV).

Edited to add 1 more MCC assembler to keep up with Processors.
