Early/Mid game Missile factory, Self proliferated. once completely saturated with proliferator, should produce 31 missiles per minute.
Input:
- coal ore (8 veins)
- copper ore (7 veins)
- iron ore (3 veins)

Unfortunately needs mass construction level 3 as i couldn't keep it under 300 facilities, however his is still achievable with only blue/red science.
