Deuterium w/Fractionators - 60/sec

Fractionator factory for deuterium that is made compact and maximized using pile sorters. I used two ILS so that local hydrogen would be prioritized over remote. The build does not proliferate, but it could be edited to make use of it. The build will maximize each fractionator after some basic pile sorter upgrades. It will take time to fill up the belts if you logistic stacking upgrades aren't researched, but it will work without it.
The design fits into Nilaus' design standard of 100x25 tiles.
